A dongle will allow you to install and run the program on any PC, and does not lock it to any single PC. For example, you can run the program on the shop floor PC in the daytime, then on your laptop or home PC after working hours. A dongle will allow this flexibility. This is a permenant license and is not affected by PC crashes.
