Want your students to be industry-ready, or just lab-ready ?

If you are training your students for the real world out there, here are some facts that you must know. The CAM Lab package is a comprehensive suite of software products for teaching CNC machining and programming in CAD/CAM laboratories of technical institutes.

What the industry needs today
In today's manufacturing industries 90 % of metal cutting is done on CNC machines. CNC lathes and CNC machining centers are rapidly replacing conventional machines on the shopfloor. Skills required to program and operate these machines are different from conventional machines. There are several distinct tasks involved in CNC machining, training must be focussed must be on these areas.CAM Lab is specially designed to teach these important foundational aspects of CNC machining.

• Machining operations in Turning
• Machining operations in Milling
• Cutting Tool selection
• Cutting parameter selection
• CNC programming
• Cycle time documentation

CAM Lab suite

The suite consists of
seeNC Mill and seeNC Turn - Program simulators
CAPSmill - CAD/CAM for milling
CAPSturn - CAD/CAM for turning

What you get in CAM Lab
