Our CAD/CAM software products are completely designed and developed in-house. They compete with the best in the world. What does this mean to you? You’re not just a cog in the wheel

Cadem is a small group of like-minded professionals. It has a flat organizational structure. The lack of hierarchy makes sure that your ideas are taken in to consideration before a blue print is derived. The company’s Directors work alongside with you. If you have an idea or even a half an idea, you do not have to go through multiple levels of hierarchy to see it discussed and implemented. We welcome ideas from every employee not only in his area of work, but also in any aspect of the running of the company.

All our personnel are expected to think independently. What you can do is only limited by what you want to do.

Do you love mechanical engineering ?

A common crib of many engineers is that they are doing mainly paper work and do not get to use any of the engineering fundamentals that they learnt for 4 years. This will not happen in Cadem. You will be constantly and extensively using your engineering and mathematics knowledge. You will get to do solid technical work that is sure to stimulate your gray cells.

If you have a burning desire to apply the knowledge you have gained in the four years of your mechanical engineering, then it is almost certain that you will love this job.

Terms of employment

• Trainee must sign a bond for period of 2 years and 6 months from the date of joining. Bond period is inclusive of 1 year training.
• During the first year (training period) trainee will be paid a gross salary of Rs. 12000.00 (Twelve thousand only).
• During the second year (probation period) Trainee will be paid a gross salary of Rs. 15000.00 (Fifteen Thousand only).
• ESI, PF, PT and Income Tax are deducted from the salary every month as per the government regulations.
• Trainee is not eligible for any kind of leave during training period. In case of leave, it will be at loss of pay.
• Trainee must provide a bank guarantee to the company as security for the bond period for the salary paid during the training period.
• On completion of two years training and probation you will be absorbed into the company at suitable scale. Also you will become eligible for performance linked incentives which may very from 30 to 50% of the gross annual salary.
• Employee must give a notice of 30 days before resigning from the services of the company at any time.

Note
Our experience shows that about 9 to 12 months of training is required for fresh engineer to reach the productive stage. Training requires lot of resources and time. We would like to ensure that this investment does not go waste. Hence the Bank guarantee for the salary paid during the training period is compulsory.

After receiving your resume, deserving candidates will be called over the phone for short preliminary interview.

Candidates selected in the preliminary interview will receive a confirmation mail. Confirmation mail will contain the venue, date and time for written test / Group discussion / Final interview.

Candidates selected for job must be prepared to join immediately
