Message : Cadem product has stopped working

CAUSE 1
-------
CAPSturn has been installed in the C drive.

Remedy
------
Uninstall CAPSturn and reinstall it in a drive other than C (like D, E, etc.).


CAUSE 2
-------
An old version of the dongle driver has been installed. E.g., The OS is Windows 7, but the Windows XP driver has been installed.

Remedy
------
Uninstall the dongle driver 'Sentinel protection installer 7.5.0' (which is meant for Windows XP) and install the correct driver 'Sentinel protection installer 7.6.1'.
