Warranty on all physical items supplied by CADEM is 12 months from the date of dispatch. CADEM warrants to the original licensee that the physical media on DVD on which the software is recorded and the USB hardware port dongle to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service during the warranty period. Defective items will be repaired or replaced free of cost at our office in Bangalore. All shipping charges involved are payable by the user. Warranty does not cover the following:


  • Support pertaining to viruses, PC and operating system problems

  • Repairs due to accidents and misuse of equipment

  • Providing engineering services to program specific parts and operations

  • Onsite visits for support, re-installation and re-training of the product.

  • Repairs and parameter configuration of serial ports on CNC

  • Providing software back-ups


After warranty

After 12 months, user has to sign up for Annual Service Contract (ASC). ASC charges 20% of the PO value. To continue to receive technical support and updates


Policy on upgrades for software under warranty or ASC

Maintenance updates that comprise rectification of bugs will be made available as and when released. User will be notified when a maintenance update is released for downloading. Updates will be released only for the current version of the software. Users using older versions must upgrade to the current version before updating. Upgrades are free for software under warranty or ASC, else are chargeable


Policy on technical support


Requesting technical support

Technical support is available for the current version (V.11) and one previous version of the software. Users can email technical support requests to support@cademtechnologiespvtltd.zohodesk.com . Technical support services are available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. All tech support will be provided online via email, phone or the Internet.


Online technical support

Most problems can be resolved by remote support through email, phone and remote support Internet tools like TeamViewer. For receiving support though the Internet TeamViewer freeware download your copy from www.teamviewer.com , user must have internet connection on the PC were the application is installed.


Policy on software modifications

CADEM software is packaged software products. All software is licensed to buyer as-is basis. Cadem reserves the right to makes changes in the design specification without notice. Software is an integrated system, and a seemingly minor change in one area has a trickledown effect on many other parts of the system. Customizations/modifications call for development time, require additional testing time, and increase support costs. Therefore, Cadem does not assure to add, modify or delete any feature however minor or relevant it may be. Constructive suggestions and user feedback are welcome. Cadem makes no guarantees on incorporating user suggestions. Suggestion can be sent to sales@cadem.com



All software will be provided on Compact Discs. Only one printed tutorials / user manuals will be provided.


Software protection against piracy

CADEM software products are protected against piracy by a USB hardware port dongle. If the dongle is LOST, then software is also LOST. Fresh license of the software must be bought from us at its current price. No free replacements will be made for lost or stolen port dongles. In case the dongle is damaged, it must be returned to us and will be replaced at cost.


Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CADEM or anyone else who has been involved in creation, production or delivery of this software be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages / loss arising out of the use, the results of use, or inability to use the software and its documentation.


Copy right, Trademarks and Patents
CADEM retains all right, title, and interest in and to: (i) the Products, all copies and derivative works thereof (by whomever produced) and all related Documentation and materials; (ii) all of the service marks, trademarks, trade names or any other designations, and (iii) all copyrights, patent rights, trade secret rights, and other proprietary rights in the Products. buyer will not at any time challenge or assist others in challenging CADEM trademarks or other proprietary rights, do or cause to get done any act or thing contesting or in any way impairing or tending to impair any said right, title, and interest of CADEM. CADEM owns registered trademarks. The software is licensed to buyer as-is, not sold. This agreement only gives buyer some rights to use the software. CADEM reserves all other rights. Buyer may use the software only as expressly permitted in this agreement. In doing so, buyer must comply with any technical limitations in the software that only allow buyer to use it in certain ways. buyer may not: distribute the software, or publish the software for others to copy; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, work around any technical limitations in the software; or use the software or the data collected and stored in database to create programs that subset, alter, or extend any part of the CADEM softwarel specifications. All technical information that may have come into your possession during installation must be treated as confidential.
